Before you choose
Can another company reuse my ID verification?
Yes, within three calendar months of successful IDV. Each requesting company needs your explicit authorisation. Reuse does not extend the validity period; after three months you complete a new IDV on the same profile.
Does a company bundle include my personal membership?
No. Vault and Authenticator membership belongs to the individual and is paid separately. Your profile can serve many companies.
What happens when a bundle runs out?
An additional company bundle is required. There is no overage or automatic top-up.
Does a plan imply certified identity assurance?
No. IAL2 is a build target. Certification has not been awarded. Public identity enrolment is not yet open.
